Privacy notice
This site is a personal portfolio. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and tracks no one. The only personal data it ever handles is what you choose to send through the contact form.
No cookies, no tracking
androklisgreg.com uses no cookies, no local storage, no advertising or analytics scripts, and no third-party trackers. Because nothing non-essential is stored on your device, no cookie-consent banner is needed.
The contact form
When you submit the contact form, the data you enter — your name, email address, subject (optional) and message — is sent to me so I can read and reply. Submissions are processed by Moat, a first-party, EU-hosted human-verification and contact-form relay operated by Solvagio, which forwards the message to my inbox over an encrypted connection.
How it's handled
- Purpose & legal basis: to respond to your enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) — taking steps at your request and my legitimate interest in replying).
- Retention: the relay does not retain message content — it hands the message to email and discards it in the same request. The message then lives only in my mailbox, where I keep it as long as needed to correspond with you, then delete it.
- Your IP address: used only transiently as a rate-limiting key to prevent spam; it is never stored or logged.
- Encryption: HTTPS in transit to the relay, and an authenticated TLS connection to the mail server.
- Sub-processors: none third-party beyond the hosting provider; the relay (Solvagio / Moat) acts as a processor and the mailbox is hosted in the EU/EEA.
- No profiling: your data is not used for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making, and is never sold.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you've sent me, object to its processing, or lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection). To exercise any of these, just reach out via the contact form or reply to our correspondence.
External links
Certification links point to Credly, and the site is served over your hosting provider's infrastructure. Those third parties have their own privacy policies, which govern any data you share with them directly.
