System Upgrade and LDAP Migration
Overview
Being two major versions behind the latest was the biggest challenge during the upgrade and user migration. We ran the upgrade on new infrastructure while keeping the old and new environments running together.
Once everything worked as expected, we switched to the new environment — achieving zero downtime for end-users.
